International drying symposium (IDS) exhibits cutting-edge and comprehensive research findings on food drying sciences and technology. IDS 2024 is held by Jiangnan University in China. We gave an oral presentation on algae powder production and characterization, while communicated with other specialists on powder drying. In addition, the next IDS 2026 will be held by University Paris Saclay and Agroparistech.
